Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for In-Person Courses/Coaching/Conferences/Seminars:

 

We understand that plans change so these cancellation policies reflect our commitment to providing fair and transparent service terms across all Health Bridge offerings. Each policy is designed in accordance with state consumer protection laws and best practices. We consider your registration and payment to be a firm commitment that you will attend. Last-minute participant substitution is difficult to arrange, although we understand emergencies may arise, which can affect your attendance to programs offered by Health Bridge. The following policy has been established in case of in-person course cancellation:

 

·       Cancellation can be done by clicking the link on the registered course titled ‘Cancel Registration’. This link can also be found in the confirmation email. A written notice can also be given for course cancellation and sent to care@innovations-health.com. Such a written notice will be given a reply within three business days.

 

·       If cancellation occurs up to 28 days before the course, 100% of the money paid is eligible for a refund.

 

·       If cancellation occurs less than 28 days before the course, there shall be NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID, but 100% of such amount is eligible for a transfer to another program/date. This non-refundable status is disclosed prior to purchase and acknowledged during registration. Any cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the course forfeits the entire cost.

 

In addition, Health Bridge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, as necessary. In the event of (but not limited to) natural disaster, technical failures, acts of God, public health emergencies, internet outages, or government-imposed restrictions, the event will be postponed until circumstances allow. In such a case, tuition or deposit may be refunded in full or transferred to a future seminar or course. In no event shall Health Bridge be liable for any cancellation or modification penalties assessed by an airline or a hotel as a result of course date change or cancellation or for any other fee incurred by you because of such change or cancellation.

 

Cancellation Policy for Online Courses/Coaching/Conferences/Seminars

 

Considering that our online courses are pre-recorded and available on demand, they are non-reimbursable. This non-refundable status is disclosed prior to purchase and acknowledged during registration.

 

Cancellation Policy for Private Online Consultation/Coaching Sessions

All private consultation and coaching sessions are conducted by qualified professionals who adhere to strict standards of confidentiality and duty of care. Health Bridge is committed to safeguarding all personal and health-related information shared during these sessions, and to ensuring that services are delivered in a manner that respects the dignity, privacy, and best interests of each participant.

As the private online consultation/coaching sessions are tailored for your specific needs and require preparation time and the availability of the qualified professionals representing Innovations in Health LLC, we consider that your registration and payment to these sessions is a firm commitment that you will attend, and that these can be cancelled only in accordance with these conditions:

  • A written notice must be given for course cancellation and sent to care@innovations-health.com.

  • If cancellation occurs up to 48 hours before the consultation session, 100% of the money paid is eligible for a refund.

  • If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the consultation session, there shall be NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID, but 100% of such amount is eligible for a transfer to another private online consultation session at another date. This non-refundable status is disclosed prior to purchase and acknowledged during registration.

 

In addition, Innovations in Health LLC reserves its right to cancel or reschedule any private online consultation session, as necessary. In such event, tuition or deposit may be refunded in full or transferred to another private online consultation session, at the participant’s choice. In no event shall Innovations in Health LLC be liable for any fee incurred by you because of such change of date or cancellation.
